The flavor is outstanding. A touch of local Texas honey adds just a hint of sweetness, while my custom blend of gluten-free flours creates an incredible texture that you'd never guess was gluten free. It's delicious toasted, makes amazing sandwiches and grilled cheese... and it's honestly so good that eating a plain slice straight from the bag is a treat all by itself. (Ask me how I know!)

Made in my dedicated gf home bakery, this bread is free from gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, sesame, peanuts, and tree nuts. It contains farm-fresh eggs.
