Carrot Cake with Vanilla Buttercream and Caramel (contains eggs)
Decadent, rich, and completely over the top, this carrot cake is frosted with vanilla buttercream and then a HUGE scoop of luscious homemade caramel is added to the top and then drizzled over the frosting. Plus, 6 inch cakes receive a 2 ounce cup of caramel and 8 inch cakes receive TWO caramel cups. Just so you can eat it with a spoon. 😉

Yes, it is absolutely overkill. And yes, it is completely worth it!

Mounds Chocolate Cake (contains eggs)
My rich and moist chocolate cake is topped with a chocolate chip studded coconut filling reminiscent of the "Mounds" candy bar and then finished with a healthy portion of chocolate ganache with chocolate chunks to mimic nuts. NO nuts here though! 

This might be the most decadent cake yet. It's way way WAY over the top. lol.
