Everything Palisade peach! Unless noted, items are EGG-free as well as free from gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, sesame, peanuts, and nuts!

Items will be offered fresh day-of baking and any unsold (or late day pickup) will be frozen for freshness.

Peach Crumb Cookie Squares (egg-free!): a tasty oatmeal crumble base is topped with Palisade peaches and then topped with more crumble for a yummy, not super sweet, peachy treat! Cut into bars - eat with a fork or like a cookie. yummy!

Peach Cobbler (egg-free!): organic Palisade peaches from CO topped with a delicious biscuity/cakey topping. Each tin serves 1... or 2 if you're feeling generous.

Peach Pop-Tart/Hand Pie (egg-free!): whether you call it a pop tart or a hand pie, this is one tasty treat! My flaky pie crust is topped with homemade Palisade peach filling and then another pie crust and baked to perfection. Dunked in a yummy vanilla glaze for the perfect bite of pie pastry + peach filling + glaze. Sooooo delish!

Peach Cinnamon Roll (contains eggs): I've loaded my soft and chewy cinnamon rolls with a TON of organic Palisade peaches for the most delicious peach treat ever! Topped with a vanilla frosting/glaze for total perfection!

Peach Salsa: fresh peaches, red pepper, tomatoes, cilantro, onions, a hint of spice, and lime juice make up this delicate and delicious fruity salsa. This comes mild - add more spice as desired. Also not loaded with onions so you don't get onion'ed out.

Honey'd Peach Tart (egg-free!): a delicate shortbread tart with just peaches, Colorado honey, and a few spices make up this heart-warming treat. Served in a compostable tart cup. Deelish! No added sugar, sweetened with honey only.

Peach Cake Slice (contains eggs): vanilla cake with peach filling and a peach buttercream (milk-free) frosting with fresh peaches on top. YUM!

Peach Cheesecake (milk-free): graham cracker crust topped with a summery light and fresh whipped cheesecake filling topped with loads of fresh peaches and a crumble on top. No milk or eggs in this delicious treat!
