Custom Order Terms & Conditions

Custom Order Placement & Timeline

All custom orders must be placed at least 1 week (7 days) prior to pickup. For orders needed in less than 1 week, a rush fee of $25–$75 will apply, based on order complexity and urgency.

Deposit & Payment Policy

Orders over $50: A 75% deposit is required to book. The remaining balance is due 7 business days before baking. Your order is not secured until the deposit is received.

Orders needed within 7 business days: Full payment is required upfront to secure the booking.

Orders $50 and under: Full payment is required at booking to reserve your order.

 

Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel after booking and making payment:

7+ days prior: full refund minus $20 processing fee

3–7 days prior: full refund minus $35 processing fee

0–3 days prior: No refund. Ingredients and supplies will have been purchased and other orders declined to accommodate your request.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future order if canceled 7+ days in advance (minus $20 rescheduling fee).

Rescheduling is allowed with 7+ days’ notice (subject to availability and a $20 rescheduling fee). Less than 7 days’ notice is treated as a cancellation.
