What a "sweet" way of saying Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. You state that your gift has no cash value, but I guarantee that my nominee would truly feel that she could not pay enough to have homemade gluten free treats. With 3 and 4 year old boys, pregnant, and a husband on crutches recuperating from surgery that has to be driven everywhere he goes, Amy has had no time to think about providing her family with treats. I would love to see her win your generous gift of sweet treats.

[...] Re: Thanksgiving supper menu I absolutely LOVE my mother's stuffing. Luckily (or not...) I will be working at the restaurant all day. This is my fifth year of serving other families during the holidays instead of spending it with my own I was going to suggest deviled eggs but Whatsername beat me to it! I have made crab cakes with a little flax seed meal to hold them together. Could also use pork rinds I would think. They were nice. My mom made this recipe last thanksgiving for me as a low-carb surprise. It is fabbbulous. Pumpkin Roll (SF LC GF) | She Loves Cake [...]

This sounds almost too good to be true! I LOVE pumpkin recipes but never thought I would be able to make a yummy pumpkin roll again.
Just ordered the sampler package of flour to give it a whirl. Crossing my fingers that all the hype and great reviews are legit!

Thanks for sharing! I have tried LOTS of GF flour blends and this is the first time I've heard of Tom Sawyer GF flour. Can't wait to try it!

This sounds really tough, I'm sorry you're going through this.

I recently went on a low-carb diet as well, and I've found that there are some groups of really supportive people online. Maybe you already know this, but there are a lot of people cooking with ingredients that work for this diet at Elana's Pantry and Mark's Daily Apple forums.

Thank you, thank you! For some time I was not able to get online but I am back and what do I see? My favorite recipe! My family did the happy dance. I am looking forward to making their donuts tomorrow morning, and this time I have the recipe stored in many GF books (I am not losing it again!).
